FOREST WHITAKER KICKED OFF L.A. ITALIA 2010. THE ACADEMY AWARD WINNER ACTOR MADE A SPECIAL APPEARANCE AT MANN CHINESE THEATER ON SUNDAY FEB 28 LOS ANGELES - FEB 28, 2010 - Academy Award-winning actor Forest Whitaker has been officially opening, today 5pm at Mann Chinese 6 Theatre (Hollywood Blvd) the 5th Annual Los Angeles, Italia - Film, Fashion and Art Fest. The great actor (The Last King of Scotland) has been welcoming the Italian delegation including directors Enzo G. Castellari and Gabriele Salvatores, Luca Guadagnino; actors Franco Nero, Christian De Sica, Massimo Ghini, Fabio De Luigi, Rosabell Laurenti Sellers, Maria Grazia Cucinotta, Isabella Ragonese, Marco Bonini and many more. The program of screening started with the Massimo Ghini’s outstanding starring of the movie "Enrico Mattei: The Man Who Looked to the Future". Then followed with the Academy Award-winning screen-writer Steve Zaillian’s introcution of latest Alberto Negrin's movie "Memories of Anne Frank" starring Rosabell Laurenti Sellers. At 8:00pm the program includes the original "Inglorious Bastards" followed to the presentation of Quentin Tarantino with director Castellari and Franc Nero. Then the special screening of the 8 Oscars-nominees movie "Inglourious Basterds" by Tarantino.
