MICHAEL BUBLE' and JOHN LANDIS PRAISE L.A. ITALIA 2009. PARTY IN HOLLYWOOD AT PRODUCERS KAVANAUGH’s with CHRISTIAN DE SICA, TONY RENIS and GUIDO LEMBO LOS ANGELES, 17/02/09 – The Italian-Canadian pop-star Michael Bublé and film director John Landis praise 'Los Angeles,Italia', the festival of Italian Cinema currently held at the Chinese Theatre of Hollywood, featuring more than 50 film screenings and long waiting lines outside the theatres. Michael Bublé, who is currently working on his next album together with David Foster and Humberto Gatika, has generously performed together with Christian de Sica, Tony Renis and e Guido Lembo, the heart and soul of the famous Capri’s taverna 'Anema e Core' di Capri, at the villa of producer Ryan Kavanaugh's parents Jack and Leslie. The exclusive party has been characterized by lots of turn-ups and surprises, with a series of extraordinary musical duets inspired to Neapolitan music as well as international hits. "Here is the party!" said Bublé greeting guests before his surprise performance before so many stars who where here to celebrate the day devoted to the so called 'de Sica Dynasty', as the family is called in the US. Bublé has proved to know very well Neapolitan melodies and with the support of Tony Renis(with whom he also sang his famous hit “Quando, quando quando”), Christian De Sica and Guido Lembo and his band, they have animated a real “singing festival”, involving several great stars such as Dennis Hopper, Malin Akerman (who will be soon on the screens with the highly anticipated Watchman), Rodrigo Santoro, Heather Graham, Robert Davi, Sofia Milos, Thomas Arana and John Landis, who is following the Italian festival produced by Pascal Vicedomini with great attention and who has always appreciated Italian contemporary cinema.
